Minnesota gives the public access to many court records, but the correct access path depends on the record. Sherburne County District Court handles civil, criminal, family, juvenile, probate, traffic, and conciliation cases. Court Administration serves as the local Court Administrator / Clerk of District Court for those files. The County Recorder handles marriage records and recorded land records, while the Sheriff's Office and jail handle law enforcement and custody data. Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
